Kentaro Kobayashi returns to London this summer with his solo show Mr Potsunen’s Peculiar Slice of Life to Print Room at the Coronet. 1 March 2017

The award winning performance artist Kentaro Kobayashi will return to London this summer to bring his lauded solo show Mr Potsunen’s Peculiar Slice of Life to Notting Hill’s Print Room at the Coronet for a strictly limited run.

Featuring Kobayashi’s original animations and manga-style drawings, this mime-based performance welcomes audiences to a picturesque world where art and magic are intertwined. In a playful production which mixes live performance with film and projection, Mr Potsunen’s Peculiar Slice of Life gives a glimpse into the hauntingly solitary world of one gentleman and his daily life. Obsessed with the trivial and absorbed by seemingly unimportant pursuits, Mr Potsunen’s story is in turns tender, eccentric and beautifully funny.
