The Corner Shop PR was instrumental is launching Púca Festival in Ireland in 2019 – a 3-day festival of music, fire, feasting and mischief celebrating Samhain, Ireland’s ancient Halloween tradition.  The Festival took place between 31 October and 2 November across three sites: Athboy, Drogheda and Trim in Ireland. The Corner Shop team was responsible for delivering the press and marketing campaigns and the overall communications strategy, working closely with producers Curated Place, Fáilte Ireland and festival partners Meath County Council and Louth County Council.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 edition of the Festival had to be pivoted to a purely digital form. The campaign focused on promotion of a short film celebrating the Irish origins of Halloween which premiered simultaneously on the Festival’s YouTube and Facebook channels at 8pm on 31 October.

The Corner Shop was responsible for running the Facebook advertising campaign, working with selected social media influencers and managing all Festival social media channels.
