Sally hails from Wales, but settled in Scotland nearly 20 years ago. She’s worked at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe at EA to the Chief Executive and after winning Scottish PA of the Year in 2016 branched out into operations and strategy. She joined the team in 2021 as Head of Operations.

She’s a production designer that has worked on many of the most aesthetically-pleasing films I’ve ever seen, including Moonlight.
